Job Description

Responsibilities:
Selects and weighs raw turkey breast pieces used to manufacture Oven Gold. Responsible for ensuring the selection of a 'right' and a 'left' breast piece of equal proportion as well as a third piece to achieve target weight of 9.5 lb. to 10 lb. This process involves the use of a knife to cut meat pieces as necessary to meet weight requirements. Must be able to perform responsibilities of Item #2 at prescribed line speeds. Must be able to work cooperatively with Oven Gold Packers to ensure workload is shared and finished product specifications are achieved. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Position requires standing in place during performance of job functions. Responsible for following GMP's, SOP's, HACCP procedures, Quality Plan work instructions, plant rules and policies.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in room temperatures that run below 40 degrees. Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
