This role supports the preparation of cold brew products, coffee packaging, and fulfillment operations while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards. We are looking for someone who not only enjoys hands-on production work but also has a genuine appreciation for specialty coffee and takes pride in helping deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Responsibilities Cold Brew Production Prepare cold brew concentrates and related coffee products according to company recipes and SOPs. Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and accuracy throughout the production process. Assist with batching, labeling, storage, and inventory organization. Maintain a clean and sanitary production environment. Coffee Packaging & Fulfillment Package coffee beans and related products for retail and internal distribution. Prepare products for delivery to store locations. Verify packaging accuracy and labeling compliance. Organize inventory and production materials. Production Support Assist with daily coffee production operations as directed. Support preparation and organization of production equipment and materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas. Assist with production documentation and inventory records. Quality & Food Safety Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Adhere to company SOPs and quality control procedures. Report production concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems promptly. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or coffee industry experience preferred but not required. Food handling and sanitation knowledge is a plus. Ability to lift and move production materials as needed. Must be reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining a productive workflow. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual.
