Part-time Negranti Green Valley Farms is seeking an energetic, high-spirited, and customer-focused Farm Stand Associate. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, appreciates fresh produce, and takes pride in representing a local farm. Our farm stand offers fresh fruits and vegetables, including citrus, avocados, tomatoes, zucchini, sweet corn, and other seasonal produce. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Harvest fruits and vegetables, if needed.
• Display, organize, and restock produce.
• Answer customer questions about products, their origins, seasons, and benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Keep the farm stand clean and organized.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of displayed produce.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash and other customer transactions.
• Work with farm staff to stay informed about available products and their characteristics.
• Follow applicable food-safety standards and regulations.
• Adapt to changing weather, customer volume, product availability, and other working conditions.
• Perform other farm-stand duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of fresh-produce varieties and growing seasons preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, produce sales, farming, or a farm-stand setting is a plus.
• Customer-service and point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive, and high-spirited attitude.
• Ability to safely handle and move fresh produce.
• Knowledge of and appreciation for fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and farm staff.
• Marketing or social-media experience is a plus, including the ability to create and post content on social-media platforms.
• Availability to work both weekdays and weekends is required.
