Shift Hours:

1:00AM - 9:30am + OT (Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Responsible for evaluating and documenting process results for Yield In the evisceration and packaging departments Responsible for communicating results to appropriate personnel when yield standards are not met. Responsible for participation in weekly yield meetings and Correlating with production group on downgrade product In comparison to USDA Grading standards Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to lift up to 30 lbs Must be able to stand and walk for prolong period of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor. Prefer bi-lingual Good overall work, safety, and attendance record Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others.
