In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing coffee products while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Friday:

8:30 AM•5:00

PM, Saturday:

7:00 AM•3:30

PM Monday-Friday:

6:00 am•12:00 pm

Monday-Friday:

10:00 am-4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Understands and complies consistently with quality standards, equipment operation, production rules, policies and procedures. Reads charts to determine amount and kind of foods and supplies to be packaged. Ensure that prepared products are stored in proper environment such as refrigerator. Complete opening and closing checklists. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, water systems, and refrigeration equipment. Closes the production-site properly and follows the closing checklist production stations. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Manager. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Able to do repetitious work accurately. Ability to read, understand and speak basic English to perform essential functions of the job. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, recipes, production sheets, temperature logs, safety rules, MSDS sheets. Neat in appearance. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedule). Regularly required to stand. Frequently required to walk and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
