This Palm Springs household supports a principal who runs on momentum. The principal splits their year between the coasts, landing in the desert from late October through May, and they need someone who can step into that pace without missing a beat. The principal moves quickly, so the right person brings calm, clarity, and initiative, making the busy feel effortless. The schedule is flexible by design: full-time, 30 hours a week year-round, or 8 months a year, whatever structure works best for you. Open to candidates who want a second chapter in the Desert or would relocate. Ideal if you worked in a fine home, private club, 5-star hotel, yacht, fine dining and/or high-end property management. Your friends and family would describe you as sharp and quick on the uptake, naturally calm under pressure, and endlessly patient. You are very organized, an immaculate homemaker, love animals, low key, discreet, an excellent host, have taste, and bring a pitch-in, hands-on approach to life. Because the principal keeps a full and fast-moving schedule, you read a room quickly, anticipate what's needed, and stay steady no matter what the day brings.

Responsibilities include:

You'll be the steady hand behind a well-run home and condominium, partnering with a part-time housekeeper who comes 3 to 4 days a week and coordinating the vendors who keep everything running smoothly. Day to day includes walking a wonderful dog, running errands, fresh flowers, serving, bartending, gift buying, grocery shopping, and keeping the social calendar on track. Ideally you are a good cook and enjoy cooking; the client would like healthy meals prepared 4 to 5 times per week and served, and if cooking isn't your thing, they will bring on a part-time Chef or cook for you to manage. They entertain often and always bring in serving staff for gatherings of more than 4 guests. We expect to pay $50 to $65 per hour plus the following benefits: PTO, sick days, 401K and health insurance. Expect to have a Mid-September, 2026 start.
