Key Responsibilities Excellence inCraft:
Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list. You will maintain the highest standards of quality by tasting products and ensuring all items are prepped and cooked to perfection.Operational Pride:
Take full ownership of your station. This includes maintaining product pars, completing daily inventory sheets, and ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled at the end of each shift. Commitment toHospitality:
Ensure every item produced meets our "guest-ready" standard. You will maintain expert knowledge of sanitary food handling practices to ensure the safety and satisfaction of everyone we serve.Dedicated Teamwork:
Work shifts as a cohesive unit by communicating effectively with the kitchen team and assisting in the loading of delivery vans to ensure our products reach their destination safely and on time.Sanitation & Maintenance:
Maintain a spotless workspace. You take pride in the "clean as you go" philosophy to ensure a safe and efficient environment for the whole team.Required Job Skills:
Available to work afternoon/evenings (5:00am- 2:00pm) Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable A willingness to learn and grow Preferred 2-3 years of previous experience Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
