Job Description

Job Duties:
Stage, weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to production needs. Assist with pouring, mixing, and handling raw materials throughout the batching process. Move, stage, and organize materials to keep production running efficiently and on schedule. Operate manufacturing and production equipment as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Drug Testing/Background Check Demonstrated steady and consistent work history Dependable and committed to regular, on-time attendance Ability to work overtime as required Strong basic math and measurement skills with the ability to accurately weigh and measure materials Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks with limited supervision, and maintain a strong production pace Strong problem-solving skills; resourceful, self-motivated, and takes initiative Ability to follow established production and safety procedures Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment around paint, pigments, powders, and other raw materials Ability to routinely lift 50-60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, twist, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift COM017 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
