Warehouse Receiver (2nd shift)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at a seafood processing and distribution facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, and shipping fresh and frozen seafood products while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and productivity.

SCHEDULE

Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Receive, inspect, and store incoming seafood shipments Accurately pick and pack customer orders for delivery Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and scales Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood products according to temperature and hygiene standards. Label and organize inventory Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all company policies and safety procedures

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or food handling experience (seafood experience a plus). Ability to work in cold, wet environments (refrigerated and freezer areas). Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods. Basic math and computer skills for inventory and order tracking. Certification to operate forklifts (preferred or will train). Exposure to cold temperatures and strong seafood odors Fast-Paced and physically demanding environment

Pay:
