Job Description:

Dynasty Employment Solutions is currently seeking experienced and reliable Quality Control Associates for a produce company located in Vernon, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, freshness, and proper handling of fruits and vegetables in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Inspect fruits and vegetables for quality, freshness, and defects Ensure products meet company and customer standards Monitor handling, storage, and packaging processes Report any quality issues to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience working with fruits and vegetables (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Experience operating a stand-up forklift Experience using an electric pallet jack Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and able to work early morning shifts starting at 2:00 AM until completion
