Shape the identity of an established cidery Lead fermentation from juice to bottle Build systems the right way from the ground up Experiment thoughtfully and push boundaries Create cider that reflects the land, the apples, and the terroir. Our future cider maker will be the driving force behind consistency, quality, and innovation. What You'll oversee: Fermentation management Quality control & sensory evaluation Production planning Packaging execution (cans / kegs / bottles) New product development We want someone who thinks long-term . Who documents. Improves. Refines. Evolves.

Who You Are:

Passionate about cider, wine, or craft beer production Experienced with sanitation processes Comfortable working alone or with limited supervision but humble enough to keep learning Entrepreneurial in spirit, must be a self-starter . Flexible and willing to work long hours during the critical harvest season Ready to help build a better brand
