Full Job Description Job Description:
Between Rounds is seeking a dependable, hardworking person to join our production team as the lead bagel maker. This position is responsible for manufacturing all bagels for both our retail locations and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency and quality, and is comfortable with physical work.Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and manufacture bagels according to company recipes and standards
- Produce bagels for both retail and wholesale operations
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout production
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of production equipment
- Help with inventory organization and other production-related tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be in good physical condition
- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Previous bakery or food production experience is helpful, but not required Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills
Pay:
