Full Job Description Requirements:

Heavy lifting-up to 75 lb. Flexible hours. Must be able to count cases and sort accordingly. Able to work in a very wet environment. Stooping/bending and standing long hours on your feet.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Open cases, dumping product on loader & to be loaded on trollies for cabin plant. Push loaded trollie into cabin plant unload cabin when completed. Move trollie of thawed shrimp to unloader or 400 cooler for further processing. Place trollie on unloader and dump product into totes, removing plastic and any other foreign material as needed. Place tag on totes explaining what run this is for, and add additional ice and water as needed. Must work closely with line supervisor on changeovers and amount of shrimp involved.
