PM Job Description:

We are hiring a Bilingual Palletizer to join a busy seafood production operation in Pompano Beach. This is a very physical, fast-paced position requiring employees to continuously lift, stack, move, and organize cases of packaged seafood products throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, comfortable performing repetitive lifting, and able to maintain a steady pace in a refrigerated production environment. Employees must also be comfortable working directly around fish and seafood products. Responsibilities Palletize and stack cases of packaged fish and seafood products. Lift and move cases repeatedly throughout the workday. Build stable, organized pallets according to production and shipping requirements. Stack cases safely and efficiently to prevent product damage. Move completed pallets and materials as needed. Work alongside production team members to keep the line moving efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures. Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and physical labor throughout the shift. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual communication skills are required. Must speak English and Spanish OR English and Haitian Creole. Must be comfortable performing heavy, repetitive physical work throughout the entire shift. Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, stack, and move cases of product. Must be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods. Must be comfortable working around fish and seafood products. Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated/cool production environment. Previous warehouse, production, palletizing, or material-handling experience is preferred. Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-moving production environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be able to follow safety and food-handling procedures. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
