Schedule:
Monday Thursday, 7:00 AM until production ends
Fridays:
May be mandatory based on production needs Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to assist with preparing fish loins for the production process. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow production schedules, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Responsibilities Check in with the Supervisor for the daily work schedule and assigned fish type. Follow the daily production schedule and instructions. Verify that the correct fish loins are being used. Remove the appropriate loins from racks. Place fish loins on the designated table to be split. Organize and place loins on the table according to species. Continue removing loins from the rack until the rack is empty. Return empty racks to the designated thawing area. Wash fish racks and fish baskets as needed. Set aside broken or damaged racks and report them to the Supervisor. Work closely with the Rack Director regarding changes, temperatures, and processing times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production requirements. Safety Requirements Follow all required safety procedures and instructions at all times. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify different fish types/species. Ability to follow production schedules and instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work safely around production equipment. Previous food processing or production experience is a plus, but not required. #SSLI #SSLIP
