This position is primarily assigned to our peanut production team , where you'll help prepare, package, and inspect high-quality food products while maintaining our food safety and quality standards. Schedule Full-time, morning shift Monday - Friday (and weekends as needed) Overtime may be required based on production needs Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour What You'll Do Prepare, process, package, and label peanut products according to Company standards. Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with Company standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and production changeovers. Accurately complete production records and other required documentation. Safely lift, move, and transport ingredients, products, and materials throughout the production process. Cross-train and assist in other processing areas as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing, food processing, production, or a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety procedures preferred. Experience operating food production or packaging equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Frequently stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated production areas. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment This position is primarily assigned to our peanut production operations.
