Meal Prep & Production Associate

Meal Prep & Production Associate Meridian, Idaho Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Simple Bites Meals is looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our food production team! We are a fast-paced USDA-inspected facility producing fresh grab-n-go items, meals, wraps, salads, breakfast items, and more for wholesale and retail customers. This position is ideal for someone who works well with others, follows direction, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with meal prep and food production Preparing fresh grab-n-go items and packaged meals Portioning, labeling, and packaging products Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary workspace Completing USDA paperwork and production logs accurately Following all USDA food safety rules, regulations, and sanitation procedures Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Helping where needed throughout the facility

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Dependable and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness Must follow USDA facility rules and regulations at all times Food production, kitchen, or prep experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Benefits:

Starting pay is $15/hour After 2 weeks, pay may increase based on performance, speed, reliability, and teamwork Full-time steady hours — we do not randomly cut employee hours Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a dependable team and grow with our company long-term.
