Job Description

Description Position Overview:
This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants' overall needs during the hours of 7:15am-3:45pm Monday thru Friday. Key Responsibilities Pruning and removal of unwanted material. Assist with topping and cloning. Inspection for pests and other threats. Monitor and maintain all areas of plants' water and nutrient needs. Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (ec) levels. Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled. Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation center agent identification card. Education/experience in commercial plant production (preferred).
