Position Overview:

We are hiring detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associates to support our cultivation and product preparation process. 3-Day Work Weeks (specifically tuesday-thursday) This role is critical to maintaining the quality and presentation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Assist with product packaging and labeling Maintain clean, organized production spaces Follow compliance and safety procedures Support inventory handling and preparation Ensure consistency in product presentation

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented and focused Able to work efficiently in a structured environment Reliable and consistent with attendance Takes pride in quality and presentation Comfortable working in a production setting

Preferred:

Experience in production, warehouse, or cannabis environments Understanding of compliance (or willingness to learn quickly)
