6:15am-3:00pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Raw Production position at a company in Galesburg, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Raw Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle and prepare raw meat products according to established production procedures.
• Sort, trim, inspect, and process raw materials for production.
• Load raw materials into production equipment as required.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients and products.
• Monitor product quality and identify any issues related to appearance, quality, or specifications.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and work instructions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform product and equipment checks throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety procedures.
• Complete production records and documentation as required.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Raw Production Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and temperature-controlled production environments.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
