Responsibilities Prepare and assemble drink items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment to craft a variety of drinks, including specialty coffees and teas, with precision and care. Manage high-volume beverage production efficiently while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist in inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies, monitoring expiration dates, and notifying management of shortages. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in a busy environment. Qualifications Proven experience in high-volume food production or similar fast-paced food service roles. Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to quick-service restaurants or similar establishments. Ability to operate coffee brewing equipment and other kitchen appliances safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
