Hebron, KY Production & Inspection Associate Requirements/Qualifications Spanish- and French-speaking candidates are welcome to apply. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, lift, and stretch over a 4-foot conveyor. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Ability to communicate effectively with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors. Must wear gloves and follow established sanitation procedures when handling products. No jewelry of any kind, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted. Jeans or pants without rips, tears, or holes required. Plain shirt and closed-toe shoes required. About the Production & Inspection Associate Role As a Production & Inspection Associate, your responsibilities will include: Inspect products for uniformity and quality before packaging. Perform pre-wrap product inspections. Sort trays by color and condition and identify trays from other suppliers. Remove broken or damaged trays. Feed trays into the tray washer. Operate the pan stacker and un-stacker as needed. Assist with product changeovers. Dispose of scrap and production waste. Mop excess water and maintain assigned work areas. Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary production environment. Communicate with operators, utility personnel, and supervisors. Follow established quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.
