Excellent pay! Cape Cod Select is seeking seasonal full and part time help in our food manufacturing plant. Both day and night shifts available as well as weekends. Job varies daily from screening cranberries, assisting in the packaging process, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Successful candidates will undergo (paid) training. Pay starts at $17 an hour. Seasonal performance based bonus if applicable. and weekend hours available.

The plant worker will:

Physically screen cranberries, making sure any damaged fruit is removed by hand before packaging. Pack/Stack product, boxes Have ability to work in various climate conditions including cold environments, walk, stand and sit for long periods of time This role relies heavily on physical labor See qualifications below.

Qualifications:

No experience necessary Must be able to provide at least one form of identification Monitor and meet production expectations Ability to keep a clear and level head in a fast paced environment Experienced in forklift operating a plus!
