Kitchen ICA The Kitchen ICA is responsible for counting gummies in molds, creating bulk Metrc production batches, counting gummies and creating another production batch in Metrc prior to testing, weighing all units prior to casing, doing a final check for labels on units on cases prior to closing, consuming all materials and moving batches to the QA board in Hashio, filling out the Hand-off sheet and pushing batches to the QA Team, and handling any rejections from the QA Team. They will perform compliance label checks, confirm and correct starting inventory weight/counts, and perform cycle counts and monthly inventories as needed. As Metrc is tracked by the state, ICAs are responsible for regular audits and inspections to ensure we report all necessary activity accurately in Metrc. ICAs will be cross-trained across all departments and will be required to perform ICA duties in any department. They work as part of the Compliance Team to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. ICAs will report to the Compliance Manager. This position will work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Rate of pay:

$18-$21/hr depending on experience
