Job Description What You Will Do Lead the daily operations of the Pre-Roll department to ensure production goals are met. Assign work, provide direction, and support the Pre-Roll team throughout each shift. Train, coach, and mentor team members on company procedures, quality standards, and safe work practices. Ensure all pre-roll products meet company quality standards for consistency, appearance, and accuracy. Monitor production output and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow. Maintain compliance with all Missouri cannabis regulations, security protocols, and company policies. Accurately track production, inventory, and product movement using METRC and other required systems. Perform quality checks on finished products, labeling, and packaging. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Coordinate with leadership to communicate production progress, inventory needs, and equipment concerns. Assist with inventory counts, material reconciliation, and other production activities as needed. Promote a positive team culture through accountability, communication, and leadership by example. Ensures compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and METRC requirements. Maintains accurate inventory tracking, documentation, and reporting. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
