Responsible for backing in van trailers.
Responsible for Maintenance and Housekeeping oversight at the facility.
Adhere to Loss Prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
Manage schedules of laborers.
Deliver good customer service in all job functions.
Perform other feed production related functions or duties as needed.

The Operations Manager's job is to execute the day-to-day operations at the grain cleaning facility including loading, unloading, bagging, and operating equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production or manufacturing industry experience is a plusAbility to lift 50 pounds on a consecutive basis requiredPrevious forklift experience preferred, but not requiredMust be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management staff.Must possess strong problem solving and math skills to add, subtract, multiple, and divideMust be mechanically inclinedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment required
