ASSIGNMENTS

Secure the execution of Commercial activation, range changes and operational forecasting in the unit. Take the lead in monitoring and securing correct range and stock accuracy management in the unit. Support operations by securing an optimal stock structure and proactively working to reduce avoidable stock resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs. Lead the Integration Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability at the lowest possible cost. Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting retaining, and developing a high performing Integration team by working closely with Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being. Together as a team We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
