Prior experience in poultry processing, specifically with trimming, cutting, and sizing. Comfort working in a cool, wet environment at a fast production pace. Previous experience in meat processing, specifically with poultry trimming, cutting, and sizing Knowledge of product marination processes Comfortable working in a cold, wet production environment
