Position Overview Element Tree Essentials is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. The Production Worker is responsible for assisting with the hands-on manufacturing, preparation, packaging, and organization of our handmade products. This position plays an important role in ensuring that products are produced efficiently, accurately, and consistently while meeting Element Tree Essentials' quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently and as part of a team, and understands the importance of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in a production environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduction Assist with the production of Element Tree Essentials products, including lotion candles and other handmade body, home, and wellness products. Follow established recipes, formulas, production procedures, and batch instructions accurately. Measure and weigh ingredients and materials according to established specifications. Operate basic production equipment safely and properly after training. Assist with pouring, filling, mixing, assembling, and preparing products for packaging. Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure consistency and quality. Follow batch records and production quantities accurately. Notify management of any product inconsistencies, equipment issues, or production concerns. Packaging & Labeling Fill, package, label, and prepare finished products according to company standards. Ensure labels are properly positioned, clean, and accurate. Inspect finished products for appearance, quantity, packaging, and overall quality. Prepare completed products for inventory, shipment, wholesale orders, and retail locations. Assemble boxes, packaging materials, displays, and other production-related materials as needed. Quality Control Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process. Identify products or materials that do not meet company standards and bring concerns to management. Follow proper procedures for handling products, ingredients, and materials. Maintain accurate counts and minimize waste, errors, and damaged products. Organization & Cleanliness Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized production workspace. Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas as required. Properly store ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products. Inventory & Warehouse Support Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing production materials and supplies. Help maintain accurate inventory counts. Pull materials needed for production. Assist with moving finished products and supplies throughout the production and warehouse areas. Help prepare wholesale and retail orders when needed. Qualifications Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, food preparation, cosmetics, candle-making, or similar hands-on experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational skills. Willingness to learn Element Tree Essentials' products, processes, and production standards. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management. Must be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry boxes, supplies, ingredients, and finished products as required. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with filling, labeling, packaging, and production. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the workday. The Production Worker will work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure products are produced, packaged, and prepared efficiently and according to Element Tree Essentials standards.
