This is a full-time position:

40+ hours/week, with at least one weekend day required. As part of our bakery leader team, you will be primarily responsible for leading the bakery team and assisting in the daily bake off and pastry production, as well as other leadership duties (ingredient inventory, ordering, etc.) You would be directed by our Kitchen Operations Manager while being part of the growth and vision of this locally owned company. Qualifications At least 1+ Year of Experience in a Professional Bakery At least 1+ Year of Experience as a Team Leader/Manager A valid Lincoln Food Handlers Permit Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Able to work 40 hours/week and occasional overtime, as required Minimum High School or GED Company Profile The Mill Coffee & Tea is a small-batch, craft coffee roaster with espresso bars and tea houses located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
