Duties & Responsibilities Perform responsibilities of all aspects of the PC production, which is one of our best-selling supplements. Cleaning and sanitizing PC production equipment and machines. Batch, weigh and verify raw materials used for producing PC. Operate kettles and equipment to process raw materials into finished product. Upward communicate any mechanical issues with machinery and/or kettles or related parts. Monitor and maintain all specifications of PC production process. Collect samples of finished product for QC testing. Perform CPS consistency tests of finished PC product. Document procedures daily in process book. Fillout associated paperwork and batch records daily. Ensure conformance to product specifications, cGMP's and safety regulations. Assist in warehouse and production duties. Locate opportunities for continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. A keen eye for detail. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure. Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds over head. Production experience in food related industry required. GMP and safety regulations experience preferred. Forklift Certification a plus.
