NECESARIA

Cortar, limpiar, moler, preparar carne para distribucion y produccion de embutidos.

EXPERIENCIA NECESARIA

Operar de manera segura moledora de carne, embutidoras, enlazadora, rebanadora y empacadora.

EXPERIENCIA NECESARIA

Pesar y preparar lotes, seguir recetas e instrucciones de produccion. Rotacion de ingredientes, control de inventario, sanatizacion y la limpieza de la planta.

is looking for a candidate with experience in the manufacturing of chorizo, sausages, and salami. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Job is located 207 Hanover Street, Pemberton, NJ Cut, trim, grind, and prepare meat for wholesale and for production. Operating and safe handling of meat products and machinery including Meat Grinder, Continuous Vacuum Stuffer, Sausage Linkers, Meat Slicing. Recipe Formulation, inventory Rotation and Control, Plant Sanitization.
