Position Summary:

Range Brands is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Post-Harvest Trimmer and Technician to join our team. As a key player in our post-harvest operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling, processing, of high-quality cannabis flower. Your role will involve executing various operational tasks such as plant processing, and trimming, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers opportunities for growth within our dynamic team, with a focus on developing skills and advancing your career in the industry.

Essential Job Functions:

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Perform sanitation procedures, including cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain a clean and compliant environment. Dispose of waste and garbage according to regulatory and company procedures. Assist with plant processing, including trimming (both hand-trimming and machine trimming as needed), and prepare flowers for packaging. Conduct packaging activities such as weighing, packing, labeling, and tracking finished products. Maintain the aesthetic appeal and high-quality standards of all products to uphold the brand's reputation. Follow packaging schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Report any quality control issues immediately to supervisors to ensure product integrity. Adhere to GMP protocols and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) to ensure compliance and product safety. Support cultivation operations on an as-needed basis, including planting, defoliating, and harvesting. Assist with sanitation and maintenance of the facility, tools, and equipment. Carry supplies and equipment as required for various tasks throughout the facility. Perform manual labor and other duties as assigned to support team operations.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, often exceeding several hours, during trimming, bucking and cleaning tasks. Repetitive hand and wrist movements are required for trimming and handling plant material. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, including boxes of products, supplies, and equipment. Good visual acuity for inspecting products for quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and accuracy. Comfort working in a facility with controlled environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity variations. Willingness to perform manual labor and support various operational tasks as needed. Interested in joining our team?
