702Greens is a Las Vegas food-production company growing, harvesting, packing, and delivering fresh microgreens to homes and local businesses. We are hiring a hands-on Food Production Lead who can grow into full ownership of daily farm operations. This is a production role for someone who is fast, clean, consistent, and already understands what it means to hit daily output and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Hands-on food-production experience required. You must have at least two years of experience preparing, producing, processing or packing food in a commercial kitchen, bakery, commissary, meal-prep business, food-manufacturing facility or produce operation. You should already understand food safety, sanitation, consistent portions, quality checks and meeting daily production deadlines. We'll teach you our microgreens growing process. General warehouse, retail, delivery or restaurant service experience alone won't meet the requirement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learn the complete farming and production cycle from seeding through fulfillment
• Seed, water, move, harvest, weigh, pack, and label product
• Follow production schedules, recipes, checklists, sanitation procedures, and quality standards
• Prepare accurate customer and wholesale orders for same-day fulfillment
• Wash trays, sanitize equipment, and keep production areas ready for the next shift
• Track inventory, packaging, supplies, yields, and production needs
• Catch and report mistakes before products reach customers
• Gradually take ownership of production planning, quality control, training, and daily execution

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least two years of hands-on commercial food-production experience
• Experience tracking inventory and organizing daily production to meet deadlines
• Exceptionally dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with 6:00 AM starts
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, cleaning, and repeating detailed physical tasks
• Able to follow written and visual procedures without skipping steps
• Serious about sanitation, quality, and food safety
• Calm under pressure and willing to report mistakes honestly
• Coachable, low ego, and interested in earning operational responsibility
• Kitchen management or supervising experience is preferred.

This may include training coworkers, assigning work or leading a shift.

STRONG BACKGROUNDS

• Food manufacturing, packing, or portioning
• Commercial kitchen, production kitchen, meal prep, or catering
• Bakery, pastry, bread, commissary, or central-kitchen production
• Prep lead, kitchen lead, sous chef, or high-volume back-of-house production
• Produce harvesting, processing, washing, or packing

REQUIREMENTS

• Live in Las Vegas and work in person
• Reliable transportation for early shifts
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work on your feet
• Comfortable with repetitive production and cleaning work
• Able to communicate clearly enough to work safely and follow instructions
• English and Spanish applications are both welcome

COMPENSATION

$4,000

• 5,000 per month after onboarding, plus performance-based upside.

This position begins with a short paid onboarding and certification period. Starting compensation, advancement milestones, and the operations profit-share structure will be discussed during the first interview.
