Fryer Position Description The Fryer Position is responsible for preparing and cooking fried menu items quickly, safely, and consistently. Previous fryer/kitchen experience preferred Prepare and fry fish, shrimp, wings, pork chops, and other menu items Follow proper cooking times and portion sizes Keep fryer station clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during busy periods Keep fryer oil and cooking area properly maintained Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
