5a-2:30p Mon-Fri 2nd
Shift:
2:30p-12a Mon-Fri 2nd shift candidates will need to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks before going to 2nd shift.

SUMMARY:
Efficiently produce mixes at company standards and communicate any issues with production timely to avoid unnecessary downtime. Function as a backup to production or the roasting team, if needed, including supporting food-packing duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete daily paperwork Ability to follow run sheet to complete orders, as directed Ability to correctly read and follow traceability paperwork provided for each item Rotate on lines, as directed by Production Supervisor Follow all GMP and SSOP policies Comply with quality procedures Comply with safety procedures Responsible for all required cleaning between production runs Produce to standard rates Follow direction and identify correct product, correct case count, correct weights, and correct packaging for all items assigned to your line Direct and manage any mixing support personnel assisting you based on priority and needs for the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
None Skills:
Strong attention to detail Basic arithmetic Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct activities Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Production Supervisor Works closely with Production, Warehouse and Quality
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently throughout shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers. This position requires the employee to be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English. In addition, the employee must be able to hear and have color vision. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
