• Full-time As new investors in a small, successful 40-year-old business, we are seeking an enthusiastic Meat Operations Manager to join us in reaching the next level.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience in meat processing, and an understanding of

USDA/HACCP

regulations. Most importantly, we desire an individual with the drive and commitment to own a part of the company's future. Key Responsibilities Lead daily meat processing, portioning, packaging, and distribution operations Maintain product quality, yield standards, and consistent production output Ensure compliance and reporting with HACCP, USDA, FSIS, and SSOP Train, mentor, and supervise production staff Develop and manage production schedules based on demand Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings Develop facilities and equipment maintenance schedules Qualifications Strong desire to own a portion of a successful business Minimum of 2 years' experience in meat processing or food production Track record of proven supervisory/management experience Certification for USDA, HACCP, and FSIS Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills HS Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and other programs Benefits
