In this role, you will be responsible for carefully trimming, processing, and packaging cannabis products to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with all safety regulations. Responsibilities Trim cannabis flowers meticulously to enhance appearance, aroma, and potency while removing excess leaves and stems Package finished products according to company specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Conduct quality control inspections throughout the trimming and packaging process to identify any defects or inconsistencies Maintain cleanliness of workstations following food sanitation practices and FDA regulations to ensure product safety Qualifications Prior experience in farming, agriculture, or food production is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with tools used in trimming or packaging is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining inspection standards and product consistency Join us in shaping the future of premium cannabis products!
