RoadDog is bringing an exciting new kitchen to our Dayton location, and we're looking for a motivated Kitchen Associate to help bring it to life! This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a brand-new kitchen and fresh menu , helping create an outstanding food experience for our customers from day one. The RoadDog Kitchen Associate greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards and provides exceptional customer service as a major component of this position.Essential Responsibilities:
Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders. Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately. Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change. Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner Checks all equipment and immediately reports any malfunctions within the area to the Manager in Charge. Maintains cleanliness of all equipment while following all guidelines of safety and practicing clean-as-you-go Ensures that all food product meets the specifications, procedures, and quality standards including strict observance of designated holding times. Verifies all necessary product and supplies are stocked. Maintains organization and cleanliness of the cooler. Perform all other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift.Requirements:
Lifting Requirements- Medium to Heavy
- lifting to 50 pounds frequently Continuously stand and/or walk on hard floors to prepare and cook food, get stock items, and transport items to/from the kitchen, stock room, food prep area and front lines for periods of up to eight (8) hours.
