Fresh Food Production Associate - Food Sorting (8:30 AM Start)

8:30 AM Maumee Valley Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our Fresh Food Production department. This position is responsible for sorting fresh food products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing products for the next stage of production.

Responsibilities:

Sort and inspect fresh food products for quality. Remove damaged or defective items. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Food production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM Start Maumee Valley Group is hiring multiple full-time Fresh Food Production Associates to help prepare and package fresh food products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want consistent hours with opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare fresh food products. Package products according to company standards. Maintain food quality and safety throughout production. Keep workstations clean and sanitized. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

Reliable attendance is required. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Previous food production experience is helpful but not required.
