7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced food production and packaging environment. This position involves standing and moving throughout the entire shift, handling and repackaging products, palletizing materials, and following food safety and workplace procedures. Responsibilities Repackage meat products according to customer specifications. Handle meat products weighing up to 60 lbs. Restack and palletize broken-down wooden crates. Band and prepare pallets for storage and future shipment. Regularly handle materials weighing approximately 40-50 lbs. Inspect green peppers for foreign debris and repackage them into clean totes approximately 2-3 times per week . Follow food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow supervisor instructions and production procedures. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and move for the entire shift . Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable regularly handling materials weighing 40-50 lbs. Some meat products may weigh up to 60 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment of approximately 50°F in certain work areas. Qualifications Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and handle required materials. Willingness to work in a food production and refrigerated environment. Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or palletizing experience is helpful but not required. IND2
