Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our St. Henry Harvesting plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift (Evisceration) Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 5:30am-11:30am or 5:30am-approximately 3:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$17.50 with the potential of increasing to $18.25 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.
Job functions include:
Evisceration Production Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey.

Reworking any product that does not run through properly.

Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
