Job Description
Job Summary The Production Employee is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of food products. This role ensures that all products are produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment used in mixing, freezing, and packaging product Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards Inspect products for quality, consistency, and proper labeling Package finished products and prepare them for storage or shipment Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment issues or hazards Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and quality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment Basic math and measurement skills
