Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts. Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts. Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work. Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
