GPAC Recruiting has partnered with a premier, well-established pork processing organization with multiple facilities across the upper Midwest. We are seeking a dynamic Case Ready Manager/Supervisor to head a critical department. This is a rare opportunity to truly take ownership, build a dedicated team underneath you, and make a measurable impact on operations.

What You Will Do:

Lead & Build:

Oversee the daily operations of the Case Ready department and directly hire, mentor, and develop your production team.

Drive Efficiency:

Manage production schedules, optimize line efficiency, and ensure maximum yield.

Maintain Excellence:

Enforce strict adherence to USDA food safety, HACCP compliance, and OSHA workplace safety regulations.

Collaborate:

Partner with plant leadership to implement continuous improvement strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Proven supervisory or management experience within meat processing (pork processing highly preferred).

Knowledge:

Strong technical background in case-ready production, retail packaging, and portion control.

Leadership Style:
