We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Cocktail Prep & Production Team Member to join Thunderbird Social Club. Behind every great cocktail is thoughtful preparation. Our bar makes a significant amount of our cocktail program in-house, using fresh juices, house-made syrups, specialty ingredients, and modern cocktail techniques . This position is responsible for helping create the ingredients and preparations that make our drinks possible. This is a hands-on position for someone who cares about precision, and is interested in the craft and science behind cocktails. What We're Looking For Previous kitchen, bar, cocktail prep, or beverage production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Interest in learning about or previous experience with clarification, centrifuges, and force carbonation Comfortable following recipes and working with precise measurements Interest in cocktails, spirits, ingredients, and beverage production Willingness to learn modern cocktail techniques and equipment Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the bar team Strong understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food handling Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality Reliable, punctual, and able to manage prep lists and deadlines Comfortable working in a production-focused environment Ability to lift and move cases of product and other supplies as needed
