Our bar program is deeply connected to what we grow. We work extensively with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other farm ingredients, using both traditional culinary methods and modern techniques to transform them into ingredients for our cocktails.
This is a hands-on production position for someone who enjoys the intersection of culinary prep, agriculture, science, and cocktails.
ResponsibilitiesProcess fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients harvested from the farmProduce syrups, cordials, infusions, tinctures, liqueurs, juices, and other cocktail componentsWork with modern techniques including clarification, centrifugation, sous vide, carbonation, acid adjustment, and moreOperate specialized prep and beverage equipmentBatch cocktails and maintain consistency across a high-volume beverage programFollow recipes with precision using weight, Brix, pH, temperature, and other measurementsMaintain an exceptionally clean and organized prep environmentLabel, date, rotate, and properly store all ingredients and finished productsWork closely with the bar and culinary teams to utilize seasonal farm productsAssist with experimentation and development of new ingredients and techniquesQualificationsRestaurant, kitchen, bar, or production prep experience is preferred, but curiosity and attention to detail are equally important.
The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, comfortable following precise recipes, and genuinely interested in learning how ingredients work.
An interest in cocktails, culinary techniques, fermentation, food science, agriculture, or modernist cooking is a major plus.
You should be comfortable working independently, handling repetitive production when necessary, and contributing to a fast-moving, high-volume restaurant operation.

FRUITOur prep program is an extension of both the farm and the bar.
