Job Description
Franklin Barbecue is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team! If you have a knack for making customers smile, this role is for you. 2 years of recent restaurant experience and knife skills are a plus, along with server or counter service experience but we are happy to train. This role requires some physical activity, such as lifting at least 50 pounds and standing on your feet at least 8 hours a day. A love for interacting with people and delivering great guest service, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as a part of the team would make you a great fit. Most shifts run from 8 am to 5 pm with competitive pay, starting at $12/hr plus tips (average tips $100+/daily), health insurance benefits offered after 90 days (for full time employees), 401k after 180 days, and 1 week paid time off after 1 year of employment. Annual summer vacation closure in late July / early August.
