Experience:

A dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook with experience in high-volume seafood restaurants, raw bars, or fine dining.

Technical Skills:

Strong skills in seafood fabrication, station management, and precise execution of modern culinary techniques.

Performance Under Pressure:

Ability to work efficiently on a fast-paced line, maintain ticket times, and execute dishes to exact specifications during peak service rushes.

Teamwork:

A collaborative cook who works well with the Fish Shop team while maintaining a high level of excellence in all aspects of the kitchen.

Kitchen Habits:

Expertise in station organization, cleanliness, food safety, and quality control.
