Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the whole process from unloading livestock to breakdown and fabrication of cuts on beef, pork, lamb etc. Learn how to safely handle and process various meat items Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and sanitation guidelines Support the team with a variety of general tasks throughout the shop
